What is Milia?
Milia are a collection of small white spots commonly known as milk spots. These are generally common amongst children but can also occur in adults. Though they dont pose any harm to body, people like to remove it for aesthetic upliftment.

Because they are traditionally associated with babies (and usually fade away within a few weeks of birth), milia can cause confusion with adults. They are often mistaken for whiteheads, which can cause ill-advised attempts to scratch or squeeze them.

Milia are actually an excess build up of keratin, which naturally occurs in the skin and can be found nails and hair. The cause of milia in an adult has no known causes but they are not related to diet, lifestyle or health issues.
